1. Return Requests

Unconditional returns: The customer covers the cost of return shipping and the request must be made within seven days of receipt.

Product issues (defective, damaged or not as described): sinkeh covers the cost of return shipping; the request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not affect the resale value.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Non-Receipt or Special Situations

If you have not received your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation email, providing proof of this. We will then arrange a replacement or refund.

Refused deliveries: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, but please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorised returns: sinkeh may refuse the package and the customer will bear any resulting costs.

Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive wear and tear, misuse or policy violations.
